Stella is a passionate advocate for human rights and is dedicated to investing in and coaching people to enhance their quality of life and build their capabilities and confidence. She understands that success means something different to each individual, and believes that everyone can be successful in the right environment and with the right supports. With extensive experience in the NDIS space, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her background in financial services, law, and community advocacy, along with qualifications in mental health, provides a strong foundation for her work. Currently, she is furthering her education in disability and developmental education, continually expanding her skills and knowledge in the disability sector.
On a personal note, Stella and her partner Trent welcomed their first child, a daughter in 2023. Stella enjoys spending time outside with family, including her golden retriever. She enjoys reading (especially Harry Potter), watching the basketball and footy. Stella is well known for baking delicious treats including banana bread and cheesecakes!

Loren has worked as a disability support worker for the last two and a half years, bringing a deep commitment to helping individuals gain independence and make positive life choices. Loren is currently working towards a Certificate IV in Community Services, holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and has undergone additional mental health training. She is recognized for her caring nature, patience, and non-judgmental approach.
On a personal note, Loren is happily married, with a wonderful husband and three adult children. Her passions span a wide range of activities, including fishing, camping in remote areas, 4-wheel driving, mixed media art, cooking, photography, music of all genres, spending time with her family, and making jewellry from opal.
As a survivor of domestic abuse, Loren is willing to share her story to help others understand they are not alone and to provide support to those in similar situations.

One of Sarah's favorite aspects of working in the disability sector is meeting new people and working alongside them every day. She finds great joy in witnessing the progress and achievements of those they support, knowing they play a part in their journey towards independence and fulfillment.
Outside of work, Sarah loves going to the gym, cooking and enjoys a good coffee. Sarah also enjoys spending time with friends, trying new experiences, and playing video games and board games.
